Whoosh Balloon — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Whoosh Balloon ("the App") is a free-to-play casual game developed by Saimcan Sesigur ("we", "us", "the Developer"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights over that data. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect directly

We store the following data on a Firebase Realtime Database server (operated by Google Ireland Limited) to power the in-app leaderboard:

Scores are retained indefinitely for all-time ranking. Daily scores are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

3. Data collected locally on your device

The following data is stored only in the App's local storage on your device and is never transmitted to us:

4. Data collected by third-party partners

4.1 Google AdMob (advertising)

The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial ads and support a free-to-play business model. If you grant tracking permission (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, or via your device's ad personalisation settings on Android), AdMob may collect the following to serve personalised advertising:

If you deny tracking permission, AdMob will serve non-personalised ads and will not collect the identifiers above for tracking purposes.

4.2 App stores (in-app purchases)

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by the platform store (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play Store on Android). We never see or store your payment details. We only receive an anonymous entitlement confirmation used to disable ads on your device.

5. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, photos, health data, financial data, browsing history outside the App, or any other personally identifying information.

6. Your rights

6.1 GDPR (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland)

6.2 CCPA (California residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. However, sharing device identifiers with AdMob for personalised advertising may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by denying the tracking prompt on iOS, or by disabling ad personalisation in your Android device settings.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Leaderboard data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Firebase servers with access controlled by Firebase Security Rules. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via an in-App notification.
